The property was fabulous. Had some technical problems with parking access key however the property responded instantly and were very helpful getting this rectified . Great customer service. We would stay here again and strongly recommend.

Perfect location close to Southern Cross Station. Good Asian eateries on ground floor were handy. Close to trams and Docklands. A bit noisy at night with train movements.Take earplugs to sleep.

The guy was really nice and let us check out later, although there was miscommunication at the beginning as we thought we could check in at 10am but couldn’t until 1pm. Although we were able to drop our bags off at 10am.
