Everything is good, room is spacious, clean and dust clean , nice room interior. Good options for breakfast. I only don't like the pillows as it didnt give me a good sleep due to lack of support. Pool is also overcrowded and very stuffy n warm. Overall still a very hotelstay

No housekeeping done eg beds made/rubbish removed/dirty towels removed/bath mat replaced. Bed side lights should be able to be left on whilst master lights turn off. Needed more tea bags offered.

We loved the hotel facilities however I felt the bed a bit hard to sleep on. We were disappointed in the hotel restaurant food it was not very palatable and over priced for what we had. However the service was excellent

Room was smaller than I expected, given the price range and location and the hotel brand. Check in was quick and easy, toiletries were limited, other Sofitel offers more variety of toiletries. Breakfast is very nice and decent.

Check in was easy, the rooms are adorable and beds very comfortable. Even though there were a lot of people staying there it was nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

This place is next-level!
Wanted a convenient place to stay for a trip to the Chadstone Shopping Centre. From Steven at the front desk who was so helpful and friendly, to the impeccable state of the rooms, and the wonderfully comfy bed, this is the only place I will stay when I go to Melbourne in the future. If you want cheap, go somewhere else. If you want value and pure convenience, go to the HC.

The decor is very plush but I noticed stains on carpet and upholstery. One of my towels was stained and the shower was not great: low water pressure and the showerhead was not secure.

Luxury in Chadstone
It’s a great hotel, easy check in with friendly staff and a great location. Heated swimming pool, spa and sauna and the breakfast is to die for !
