Absolutey adored my stay at the Cullen. Incredible water pressure and amenities, the staff is so accommodating and location is incredible. I would even recommend locals to go here for a staycation.

Stayed at The Cullen Melbourne – Art Series and on my third night found cockroaches in my room one on the bed, another on the wall (I have videos). Staff acted like nothing happened, and even room service wasn’t aware. They moved me to Room 217, but with trains outside and no soundproofing, it was impossible to sleep. For a 5-star hotel, this is unacceptable. Offering only a one-night refund for such unhygienic, and poorly maintained conditions shows they do not meet true 5-star standards.

Spacious studio with everything you need. Convenient location although it can get quite noisy at night. Reasonably priced and I would definitely consider staying here again. My only comment is that their check-in/out times are quite inflexible due to being booked out on most days, so plan ahead.

Great staff and great spot tram straight to city from front door. Prahan station so close. Hotel staff were fantastic room is amazing, cool vibe, clean nothing to critique. Busy buzzing area but doors closed, silence. Best of both worlds!

The location is great within proximity to markets, tram and AF gym! TV is old and did not connect with phone even with instructions it only connects for 1 minute then requires wifi to be reset. My room was near laundry room and it got very noisy in the mornings.

Just tucked in from Chapel Street makes it a prefect location. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. It’s always a lovely experience staying at the Cullen.

A really comfortable and nicely designed room. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Prahran Market and Greville Street, as well as a stroll down to Toorak Road. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel has a lot of potential however a few things let the place down. Our room showed signs of wear and tear. It would have been nice to know that there was no room service or onsite restaurant prior to our booking, as we have a child we had to leave the hotel everytime for meals.

A very comfortable bed, soft lighting options and quiet. The shower was wonderful and roomy and the room had everything I needed. Think black curtains to keep the sun out and easy to manage the temperature of the room. Overall a very peaceful stay and a deep sleep. Great location - across the road from Prahan Market and near Chapel st.

Nice hotel, a bit far from downtown

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was good size and appointed well. The restaurant onsite is closed but we found good choices nearby (highly recommend Angus & Bon). The location seems a bit far from downtown, but you can catch the train nearby and it's a quick and inexpensive ride back and forth. We liked the hotel, but if we returned we would probably stay closer to downtown.
