Very affordable. Close driving distance to the train station and only 3 stops to the city centre. Comfortable mattress, spacious bedroom and kitchen, and the property was cleaned and maintained well every day. I would return here.

The bed is not stable. When we sleep the linen was not fresh the place was full of dust. Even the under of the bed was full of dust. We did not meet the expectation to stay in a nose hotel.

The bed was loose and not stable. Under the bed was dasty the linen was not fresh clean. The bathroom mat was dirty not fresh wash. I did not expect that we stay in a shared house with the others.

This property is not safe as there was a black guy waiting outside the house, continuously knocking the door and asking for money ($600) he was about to snatch my mobile phone but somehow I managed to escape with the help of local people. Very unsafe place to live. I’ll never ever stay or recommend Wotif portal for stays -Amrik Singh

I loved the overall look of the property it was neat loved the art work and the cat. It was very quiet. I loved the door that after pressing the code it opens up for you I didn’t like there was only one television that I didn't have access to. The room I was staying in was a far walk to the toilet. There was a police station in the same street as the accommodation. The security deposit was a bit ridiculous for the accommodation as there was people there who would even think of damaging a room? Besides being a single Mum it is a bit difficult to come up with a lump sum of $200 on the spot I understand why they do it I just didn’t like that they do it.

For the price, there were obviously going to be limitations. The property was basically a big house with lots of 3x3metre bedrooms, no in-room TV. Heating and cooling were good as was WiFi. Bedding and linen good, but bed rather small. Kitchen, lounge and bathroom all communal. It did the job and was good value for money. I would probably go again.

Lovely well set out house, my room was large with a walk in robe, large ensuite, comfortable bed. The front yard and back yard detracted from the appearance - overgrown grass, garden in need of regular attendance. If you are arriving late in the afternoon make sure you have food - I was by myself and didn’t feel comfortable going out after dark. There did not appear to be any shops nearby.
