The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and impressed us by predicting our needs either for an airport pickup or to ensuring we were grabbing dinner prior to the restaurants closing. The rooms are clean and the place is very peaceful. We would definitely recommend the property for those visiting Ile de Pines.」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」
