Beautiful place to stay at. Very comfortable bed and room. We were in RakiRaki for a few days to dive in VoliVoli. The breakfast is supposed to start at 630 and for both the mornings we were there it was considerably late. Otherwise a nice place.

Awesome Manager and Staff

We stayed here for 24 days. One of the best Tanoa Hotels. Loved the atmosphere, the staff, the food, the surroundings, the whole ambience of this place. Just would like the Manager to know that he runs an amazing team. This is why we love Rakiraki and it will always be home.

Excellent service and exceptional customer service by staff! We went to celebrate my mums birthday and staff decorated the room, mum was surprised and very happy! We requested to have dinner for mums birthday and the staff decorated the dinning area for birthday celebrations! They truly went above and beyond to celebrate my mums birthday and also sang with us! We definitely recommend to everyone to go and enjoy the warm hospitality and amazing service of Tanoa rakiraki team has to offer. We are very grateful and definitely going back for a longer stay. 10 on 10 for everything!

Very clean and tidy rooms. Best service experienced compared to other hotels. Only Swimming pool area was small and mostly looks like workers and other locals also hanging around the shed next to pool . Thats why hardly see visitors in the pool.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel and grounds were well kept and gardens were beautiful. Service was great, all staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable and clean. Decent included breakfast selection with cold and hot options, would just be good if breakfast ran later than 9am to ensure guests can utilise it. Hotel was quiet and safe with parking options and a nice outside area for kids to play. Pool looked well kept but we didn’t use as was cold by the time we got back to the hotel each day. Great location on main road for those passing through Rakiraki or visiting family and friends in the area. Well stay again. Vinaka :)

Great restaurant and pool area

I didn't have terribly high expectations of this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The check-in was smooth and friendly and the room was more than acceptable. The grounds (especially the pool area) were well maintained and looked inviting. Best aspect was the restaurant/bar - huge portions of delicious food at very reasonable prices. Worst aspect was the very loud sound of someone in a nearby room dragging furniture across the tiled floor all through the night. Our friends in the room next to us heard it as well, neither of us slept very well as a result. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the soundproofing between rooms isn't great.
