「I was traveling from Canada and was on a stopover here for two nights in a deluxe room. I found this hotel very budget-friendly, and the service and food were excellent. Very clean as well. I enjoyed it thoroughly.」

「We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. 「this hotel location is near to AP around 10-15 mins by car if there is no traffic jam . there is a strict security when u want to go into hotel feel very safety.and all the staffs are very friendly and nice :)」
