Clean, convenient, staff friendly, comfortable. Public areas dark and outdated. Nothing lights and paint/carpet couldn’t fix. Room very nice, comfortable, quiet. TV outdated. No streaming, remote so worn couldn’t tell function on buttons. Overall, lower end 3 star at upper end 3 star price.

Booked non smoking, checked in at 4pm and they only had smoking rooms left. Actual ashes on the beds, indicating they hadn't been changed over since the last guests. Dirty hair everywhere. Smelly damp everythin.g.
