Mega Web Tours

Mega Web
Let your kids drive around the studio and look to the future as well as the past with the displays of high-tech vehicles and vintage cars.

An amusement park run by the car company Toyota, Mega Web is made up of automobile-themed rides and circuits. It has a race track simulator and a range of miniature vehicles that are ideal for kids. Learn about some of the latest developments in car technology in this fascinating complex.

Head to the site’s Waku-Doki zone, which has a simulated race track to get your energy level up. Arrive in the Ride Studio for the small cars that you don’t need a license to drive. Among the highlights is the Toyota City Showcase area, where eclectic selections of shiny and futuristic cars are on display for you to climb inside.

Bring your toddlers to the Petit Ride in the Ride Studio for a safe and easy mini-car journey. If you’re an automobile enthusiast, look for the History Garage section, where you can browse a selection of vintage vehicles from the 1950s to the 1970s. Chat with docents about the old cars and watch the mechanic in the observation area as he restores parts of the classic cars.

Peruse the lines of books relating to all types of vehicles and take a break with snacks and hot beverages in the café. This zone also has a fun and competitive go-kart circuit where you can race your friends. Check the website for any upcoming events held in the museum’s exhibition space.

Note that the site opens daily from morning until late evening. It is free to enter the amusement park, but individual rides and experiences have fees.

Mega Web overlooks Tokyo Bay in the southwestern part of Kōtō. Ride the Yurikamome Line to the Aomi Station that serves the amusement park. While in this area, visit other nearby sights such as the LEGOLAND Discovery Center, the Odaiba Statue of Liberty and the Museum of Maritime Science.
