"The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. However, compared to places like Hampton Inn, the property was quite outdated. That being said, it is Craig, CO and probably not as profitable as other locations. Overall, it was a good overnight stay and experience."

"Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady on the evening shift Friday night and Sat. Also, we had a problem with our reservation ( my fault) and the staff was very helpful and kind and took care of everything. The breakfasts both days were the best I have found at hotels. Good quality food and variety, and the staff kept everything replenished. If I ever get back to Rifle, I would definitely stay there! My only concern was the bed pillows which were small and felt like a bag of rags."
