"I got charged twice for both rooms. I made the reservation with one credit card and paid with a different card at check in. I was also charged on the original card after paying with a different card while at the hotel. The front desk fixed that one and did a credit back. Once home I was charged for the other room on the original card even after paying at check in with a different card. I had to call 3 different days even after being told each time I would receive a call back,. Finally I spoke with the general manager only to be told dispute it with your credit card she would not help me. It was clear I had been charged twice for one of the rooms even after her seeing where I was charged twice and had to be credited on the one room. I was very disappointed to have to deal with this for days and having to involve my credit card company. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good and the breakfast lady was very nice. It was safe and in a great area. I am just very disappointed in the billing system and lack of help from the general manager."

"This hotel is ran down, after waiting for 20 minutes to check in , some lady came and didn't look presentable. Letting people hang out on the property beg for money, very unease, The pictures aren't what the rooms look like run DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME "

"We arrived we got the room. The first thing that happens is that my 14-year-old daughter gets locked up in the bathroom because the bathroom door did not have a door knob on the inside. She spent anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour locked inside a restroom until they finally came and knocked down the door to get her out, but even then I had to call the front desk about two or three times and recorded the whole situation just to make sure that we don’t get charged for that door. They should’ve acted faster but decided to do everything themselves. "
