"Small hotel with limited amenities "

"Hotel is nice although looks a bit dated in some areas. Staff is not very qualified the waiter actually blocked my fiends credit card for trying so many times fo charge the meal. The hotel charge us twice the price of per room on the second night, that made it confusing and very costly; the bellboys dont help unless they are assured a tip. Too much pressure for tips "

"We did not realize that this property is like a boutique hotel attached to the Weston. Excellent choice and location. The Weston spa and facilities were available for a minimal daily rate if we wanted to use them, but we had no need. The restaurant, Gianni's was excellent and attached to the Weston, which was great as we got in late."

"The Hyatt Centric in Guatemala City is by far the nicest of the hotels at that level. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was friendly down to the cleaning ladies. This is now the only hotel I will stay at in Guatemala City. "
