dear Stuart, I'm sorry to hear about your experience.we also offer you different room but you were expecting more than you were paying. you told us if i m alone i can stay in that room but my wife dint like that room. so, what is the meaning of this review?we already refund you full amount at that time because you don't like room. after you left we checked room there was nothing wrong in that room also, you were taking our both key with you. so we lost because we couldn't rent the room. and we called you three times for return the room keys so you got mad and you posted wrong review.
