"Firenze lofts is a very nice place. It’s clean, friendly customer service, and has calming atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk helped us find the tour guide and transportation to make our stay in Medellin fun. "

"Property was amazing-gorgeous, smelled good. Beds so comfortable. AC was confusing and we couldn’t get it right. Def a European vibe to the hotel. They have extra security at night and this made us feel safe. Pool was so serene and drinks/food there was 10/10. Only thing they could improve is the quality of the breakfast- there were a lottt of options and we felt the food was bland and coffee wasn’t good. Other than that no notes! "
