「In terms of accommodations and amenities, everything was generally well-maintained and accessible. Staff and locals were friendly and helpful, which made navigating the area much easier. Food options were diverse, with something for every budget—though I’d recommend trying local specialties for a more authentic experience」

「It is a nice hotel, located in the heart of provenza. Clean and well maintained but I chose that hotel specifically because it said that all the rooms were soundproof but it was just the opposite. You won’t be able to sleep before 3.30」

Sin embargo una persona (mujer) que nos atendió en la recepción mató la atención que habíamos recibido , porque se portó de una manera muy brusca, no me gustó para nada su tono de hablar . El hotel muestra fotos lindas en expedía, pero la realidad si te decepciona , . A mi me gustan los buenos hospedajes , en este hotel definitivamente no vuelvo a quedarme .」

「The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was good for that area of town. Convenient to coffee shops, and restaurants that are just feet away from the property. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay with Security in the heart of El Poblado, this hotel is a good option for you. The only thing to remember is, there are multiple clubs on that street so ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. Otherwise the street noise and music can be a lot to try deal with while sleeping....

「Breakfast was not what I expected. Instead of a buffet, with a lot to choose from, it resembled a small hospital cafeteria. Rooms were clean, only thing I didn’t like about the single room, was that the sink was in the room and not where it should’ve been in the bathroom. As far as the staff goes, some were nice, and others weren’t. One of the staff members made me feel like I was not welcome there.」
