「Lovely hotel, delicious breakfast.」

「Ideal for shopping. Although parking was limited at the hotel, there was parking fairly opposite. Couldn't fault the staff, they were very friendly and accomodating.」

「Disappointing experience . When I informed reception at 6.15 pm that we had no water for the bath or shower I was told there wasn't any maintenance available . So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) . On check out I reminded the manager of this problem , but no redress or discount was offered ; until I asked for a discount . Even then the only discount offered was the removal of the service charge on the evening meal ( as this charge was...
