"To start with, there are no signs anywhere on the outside of the building with the Motel name. At check-in I was charged $2 more than quoted by hotels.com, a $2 "utility fee" and an additional $100 credit card hold. All 3 treated as separate transactions. Took forever. Rooms old and dated, but relatively clean. The Front Desk has no cash to make change and the vending machines are permanently "out of order". I went to the Hilton next door for vending. They were friendly and gracious. I will be staying there next time."
