「Great experience. Historic like hotel. Will book again. Clean room and bathroom was renovated. Friendly staff. Helped me to bring my bag up stairs. I had dinner at the restaurant with live music. Delicious food and a taste of American culture through the locals and their music. Lovely evening! The ride from Longwood Gardens to the hotel is gorgeous and takes about half hour.」

「It’s possible a lot of what I found disappointing in the property was poor timing. The hotel was sold on Sunday and we checked in Tuesday. After a long day of traveling we just wanted to check in, relax at the bar with a drink, and go to sleep. However, the bar wasn’t open. We were then told the elevator wasn’t working and but thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor. The continental breakfast was yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, or bagels…. but no toaster. 「Very disappointing experience. The room was not clean when we arrived. The restroom was dirty, and the bed sheets appeared not to have been changed from the previous guest. This made us feel very uncomfortable and concerned about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. I immediately reported these issues to the front desk.
