Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
This is my third time staying here and I have definitely noticed a few things have changed and not for the better. Just seemed to me the customer has to suffer with minimal housekeeping and not the customer service there was before.

Menger Hotel
Shower had mold, ac didn’t work well, vent in room was nasty, breakfast supposed to start at 630. At 730 still not open staff at front didn’t seem to care stating well it’s not open yet.
