「It was clean but lacked extra towels, the bed needed a warmer bed spread, no Kleenexes in the bathroom where there was a spot for a box built into the sink counter, microwave was on a luggage rack, and the indoor swimming pool was empty outside was very dark a night, the entry door lock was broke so anyone could enter the building besides motel guest and they hadn't mowed what needed mowing around the parking lot」

「I pre-checked in online, when I've done this before there was no waiting my room key was ready with waiting at all. The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen.」

「The customer service was outstanding but when I walked into my room I was happier than I have been in any motel in Hutchinson throughout the last 4 years they are so clean I am a cleaner I've been one for 22 years and this was the first time and I don't know how long I didn't have to clean the bathroom before I took a bath and they are so nice」

「This was my second time staying in Lindsborg; the town is super cute with lot’s of culture, safe, quiet, and friendly. I booked a one night stay, as I was stopping along the way on a road trip. I learned the motel actually has two building locations, which are almost directly across the street from one another. 「Check in was super easy. Made sure I was in a downstairs room so I could see my bike. Super friendly staff. Recommended me to an amazing burger joint. I was exhausted from a long day of riding. Took a nice shower and passed out in bed. Slept great. AC was nice and cold. Checkout was a breeze. 」
