「Great breakfast options! Love the renovations. Staff was friendly. Lots of noise from above. Only disappointment was no soap at the sink for washing hands after using the restroom. I asked the man at the front desk & he couldn't find any.」

「The property was very nice, especially the outdoors area overlooking a lake, with a walking path easily accessible. I was able to enjoy some peace and calm every morning. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, especially during a busy time for the hotel.」

「We always stay here when we visit family in Wichita. Pet-friendly and a beautiful walking path and park right behind the hotel. Friendly staff, breakfast is very good, and rooms are clean and modern. Very close to shopping, restaurants and staff is very accomodating and friendly.」

「The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well kept. We very much enjoyed the pool as well. The front of house staff was fantastic. The only mishap we had was the cleaning crew coming into our room while we were still in bed. We called in a later checkout at 9:30am to be checked out at noon. They proceeded to knock and walk in and tell us it was after 11:25am. Communication between staff must not have happened.」

「I liked the gym, the lake with the walking path and the location. There was a variety of restaurants and Bradley Fair outdoor mall is in walking distance. I didn't like that the continental breakfast wasn't free and I wasn't told that I would need to request housekeeping during my 4 night stay. Apparently Hilton only offers Housekeeping upon request.」

「The room was clean when we checked in. We ate breakfast most of our stay. It was nice being able to have a hot breakfast after working all night. Everyone was friendly. It does get noisy in the hallways, but for the most part I was able to sleep through all of the extra sounds. The only con is the dryer. They have one dryer that is not working or turned on. The middle dryer doesn't dry clothes. It feels like the heating element doesn't work. I had to pay extra to get my clothes to dry.」
