「I had a king suite and it was nice size. The closet was spacious, the bathroom was big and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Literally my only issue was they don't have ice machines -- instead they have you turn on the ice maker in your fridge when you first check in. I was there two nights and didn't have any ice to use. Otherwise, the staff was incredible and accomodating. The place was very clean, the laundry facilities have multiple washers and dryers, etc. Highly recommend. I definitely...

「Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.」

「First night in the room, shower didn't have hardly any water pressure. I was able to switch rooms. Next day some "employee" helped himself an walked right in the room, saying it was past check out time. My reservation was from Wednesday through saturday,. I go to front desk ask if everything was ok, they acted like the guy was only there to pick up items for another location. English wasn't their main language, so I walked away.」

「We arrived after a long day of driving to our reserved room. The minute I opened the door to the suite it reeked of mildew. The wall in the bathroom was wet to the touch. I am allergic to mold, so I immediately requested another room. The hotel was full and I had to quickly figure out accommodations for myself and my children. The staff refused to help me to find another hotel nearby.」

「The room is in need of several major repairs, the main being the bathroom as the shower/bathtub was not unusable. I have a couple of pictures to support my concerns and due to the bathroom issues I will be writing the corporate office for some type of compensation.」

「Upon my arrival the staff was on point the ends and outs of the hotel, where everything was and where to find good food near by. Really nice time and would recommend this hotel to anyone that's looking for a top 10 place to stay. Only issue was the parking for the hotel was next to the hotel, you don't have access to the hotel from the parking deck. Which was not a problem at all just a few extra steps.」
