Hang bangers at each entrance hanging around, homeless people living in rooms, children in rooms left alone and screaming for 20 minutes straight, filthy walls, floors and doors, and nightstand broken off wall just leaning on bed frame. Now, people up the hall are fighting. We feel unsafe and are afraid our vehicle will be broken into by moving. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

After further reflection I left a lower score than I meant to in my previous review. The hotel was great for my needs and price point. I like that the parking lot and property is very well lit.

The room itself was good and I had no problems with the Hotel or its staff. However there were kids screaming and dogs barking that I could hear from several rooms down. My wife could hear them through FaceTime. I didn’t lower my rating of the hotel itself because of this but it is something worth knowing before coming here. Also someone kept propping open the back door with the rug for some reason. I don’t know what was up with that.

Very convenient to 75 South. The desk staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely an older building but they kept it very clean w/nice vinyl plank flooring and quartz bathroom counters. We had two large dogs with us and they were accommodating and inexpensive for our short overnight stay on the way to Florida. Dog waste bags and walking area out back.

Laminate floor separated from concrete floor made a horrific noise and you couldn't avoid it going in and out of the room or to the bathroom. Also, every time you got off the bed, there was a banging/clanging noise in the bathroom...like the shower stall was separating from the wall?

The hotel was nice and the service was great. Breakfast was good. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance and a Wal-Mart right down the road.. It is in a great location. The room was clean, the linens we clean. We were comfortable.

Nice stay
Great location. I didn't have to travel to far from the hotel. The double beds were extremely small though. The continental breakfast could have offered more variety despite it being pretty much a cold breakfast outside of the waffles.

lady at desk at night was very kind and helpful price was good people outside in car listening to music late into night our restroom smelled like smoke and was worse in the AM - likely from someone upstairs smoking in theirs perhaps

Be aware.
We had a roach in our room. When attempting to get refund it became apparent a stall scam was in place. Lora said she would refund but had to call Expedia. Asked for number - she gave me wrong number I wasn’t leaving without resolve so told her wrong. Reached Expedia only for the rep to attempt to call the hotel numerous time only to get a busy signal. Expedia rep said the number was blocked. Lora acting as if she not aware of what is going on. I asked Rep to email Lora. Both emails never were received?? Not leaving or getting off the phone until resolved the rep transferred me to higher level rep. This person tried to call the hotel with no success. He then told me to put Lora on the phone. The other rep said this wasn't allowed. Only when this occurred did the issue and credit issue resolve

Room clean and updated. Water pressure a little low and breakfast was very basic w no fruit , eggs or Pattie’s. Overall good value for $$
