Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, but the pool area truly stands out. It’s huge, relaxing, stylish, and feels like a little oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. Perfect for spending the entire day lounging in the sun. The location honestly could not be better, right in the center of the city and walking distance to all the cool bars, restaurants, shops, and even the casino. We barely had to use the car the entire trip. Such a perfect weekend getaway and we already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Palm Springs!"

"My day was fabulous. I’ll read it that way. I did accidentally get an adjoining room. It’s not a good idea because they did have a party but guess what the managers stepped up and took care of it so that we had so much fun at the pool, the people that ran that area at the pool was just so sweet and very attentive right there for anything you needed. That young lady took care of us and the servers did too."
