Because it’s not open to the public it has a very intimate atmosphere. It is walking distance to many interesting things to do in Palm Springs. We parked our car (no charge) and only used it once to meet friends at a supper club and once to run an errand on the other side of town. I loved our private hot tub and used it every day. Throughout our stay, the front desk staff (Mike, another young man, and Linda) were friendly, helpful and responsive (explaining heat and fan controls, providing casual restaurant recommendations, providing map of Palm Springs and the area, etc.). The suites are exquisite - we stayed in the Rat Pack and the Design (I Love Lucy) suites. The design detail was impeccable. The staff was amazing!!!!
