"I went through a third party to make the reservation. My email confirmation said check-in time was 2:00. We arrived early just to get some information about Boonville (shopping, eating etc.), not expecting our room to be available yet, but was rudely told check-in wasn't until 3:00. We did arrive back at the hotel around 2:00 and was rudely told again our room wasn't ready, but she was trying to contact housekeeping to get the status. We understood and was fine with waiting in the "lobby". Unfortunately, the A/C was not working in that area and when we made a comment to the manager, she said "well, you should be in the laundry room with me, it's really hot down there". We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room, it was clean and A/C was working! Other staff was helpful with coffee & ice machine. Breakfast wasn't as we expected. Juice dispenser was not working and we were rudely told there wasn't any apple juice, and orange juice was in the fridge. Another guest was trying to get coffee, but the pump was empty. She was rudely told there was another canister behind the empty one so it wasn't that "devastating". I went to look at the pool and was rudely told the pool wasn't open. There was no signage stating that. Is manager "short staffed"??"

"Maintenance is being done on the pool so it was not available to the public. The staff was outstanding, courteous, and patient. The lobby and rooms were clean and well put together"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. I think the breakfast should stay open until 10am. Our bathroom shower was very dirty though. Otherwise, the bedding was very soft and pillows were good."

"The location is fantastic. I was visiting my daughter at Mizzou and this hotel is a short and easy drive to campus. I am rehabbing a knee surgery and had requested an accessible room - it was surprising to me that the room was almost at the end of the hall. I would have expected something closer to the elevator. While I'm not in a wheelchair, I was supposed to have a "roll-in" shower but instead there was a regular tub/shower and some contraption that must have been a seat for the shower. I could have never moved it let alone know how to set it up. There was also only one ice machine on the main floor. Overall the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay."

"Clean and large room. Bed was large and clean. Easy to check in and good breakfast This place is my go to location when I travel to Mizzou for its price and cleanliness. And also for its location near interstate and restaurants "

"We checked in with no problems. A lot of good services available. Everything was clean in the room. Nice kitchen if needed but you would have to bring utilsels and the like. No coffee pot. No usually bathroom amenities other than bar of soap and two cups plus toilet paper. Clean linens. Nice stay for one night."
