「Everything was wonderful, we were upgraded to ocean view. I just don't understand why they would charge us if we would use the coffee if it was part of the amenities and the maids were always asking for tips leaving notes and envelopes. We don't need to be told, it's obvious that you have to leave a daily tip. I just wish they would concentrate more on leaving toilet paper instead of me asking for it practically daily. I do want to praise Veronica the receptionist for her professionalism 」
