Check in was at 4 but the room wasn't ready until 5pm. The room had an overwhelming smell of clearer when i 1st entered it. After the smell diminished, it was obvious to my son and I that someone had been smoking in the room. Both oders where in the room for the duration of our stay.

I loved my stay here .. big shout out to olivia, at the front desk, I want to say her name was. Extremely helpful and kind. A sweet personality with check-in and check out. Always a good stay. Definitely will be returning

Crowne Plaza Hotel Jacksonville Airport/I-95N by IHG
The elevator was not working when we got there. My wife has an oxygenator and this was not a good situation. Very disappointed.
