"Went on my first AI and first trip to Mexico for baby moon with the wife. Clean, spacious and recently updated rooms - stayed in the junior pool walkout suite. Staff is super; responsive and excellent customer service acumen. Brand new gym equipment, overall fitness facilities has everything even a punching bag. Pools were super clean and bug free. Food was 7/10. The golfing at PM golf course on the championship course was 9/10 - only better course I’ve been on was at Osprey TPC in Toronto area. I would go back and highly highly recommend for a chill, leisure trip. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, everything is super clean. The butler assigned to us, named Teran, simply made our stay so much better; everything was perfect thanks to him. All the bartenders were always very friendly and served us with a smile, but the bartender at the lobby bar on the lower level was simply the best—he made delicious cocktails. And what can I say about the restaurants? Absolutely delicious. Last but not least, the entertainment staff brightened our days with their charisma and enthusiasm, and the girls at the kids' club were super nice and attentive; my children adored them. I will definitely return."
