「Everything was great EXCEPT for the swimming pool. For whatever reason the pool was not cleaner or maintained. It was very dirty. The reason we were given was "not enough staff"」

「Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :(」

I could understand if they were busy, but they were not. The restaurant below, I didn’t like the food. I tried twice and no I didn’t like it—my opinion only. Everything else was great.
