Place looks very nice in pictures, but there are many flaws; such as the rooms do not have enough outlets, there is no hot/warm water, and the food service is okay. Pluses to the hotel is that the workers are friendly and welcoming

A vey nice place to rest far away of the noise. The personnel is very kind, especially Nery, who brought us the best attention since the first day. The food is good but no much variety. I recommend it for families.

If you want to hear music in your hotel room as if you were standing in a nightclub every night and way past 1AM, this the place to be. Our exeperience was the equivalent of trying to fall asleep with club noise level music in our bedroom. The second night, my husband asked them to stop the music past 11PM so our 4 years old could get some sleep but they didn’t help at all and told us “only 2 more hours...” The third and last night, I literally BEGGED them to lower it at 12:30AM, and again at 1AM and they would not budge, I have honestly never received such terrible treatment in a hotel before. It ruined our time in Flores and Tikal as we were all exhausted all day. The venue is beautiful and staff members are very sweet but the manager clearly does not care about any of the hotel guests and tells her employees (who were actually trying to help us) to ignore any requests not related to the events. Their revenue comes from hosting events on the property and that’s their sole priority. That’s fine but they should NOT be open as an hotel.

El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y tiene suficiente espacio en las áreas comunes y las habitaciones. Tienen bastantes salones o áreas para eventos. Solamente falta que mejoren el servicio de algunas personas y que den mantenimiento a algunas áreas, cómo a la piscina, que tiene varios espacios sin azulejo.

Comfort And relax stay.

Everything was amazing Beautiful Hacienda San Vicente, The environment was peaceful to rest, the rooms very clean and smell so good. The mattress was so comfort luxury bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, excellent service. It is close to Flores and Tikal National park definitely I come back again I recommend this place.

Beautiful and Peaceful Hotel

This is beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The breakfast that is included with the stays is pretty good. The beds are so comfortables. The rooms are big and clean, and the bathrooms are amazing. The Hotel is about 10 minutes from Flores. I definitely will stay at this place again and again.

Very nice property, clean and friendly staff. It is a little far from town and next to a noisy road. Breakfast takes a little too long and the shower floor tiles are very slippery! Overall nice hotel and nice stay with AC and cable TV. Will stay there again
