「Just 5 mins walk to Vienna central train station, very convenient to take public transport. Very nice staff and room decorations is quite new. But no kettle provided, we can only use the nespresso machine for hot water but the water will come with coffee taste. Hope can provide kettle in future. 」

「地段很好，離火車站很近，拖行李步行也只需10分鐘，指示牌清晰，很容易找。我們住146號房淋浴間的去水有點慢。打開窗戶透氣，有點吵，別擔心，那是還沒到睡眠時間，晚上是很安靜的。可能旅客多，工作量大，很難提前取房。有一個寄存行李的房間記著別放貴重品，因為人人可隨意進出。上午10點電腦準時鎖門，我們因外出早餐晚了回去，門卡進不了房間，需要去前台找客服解鎖。這是好事，告訴房客準點的重要😅 」

「Overall great value, good location (albeit lacks food options) but close to belvedere garden, the basic room lacks any type of view but good size and cleanliness. Overall great option especially if you are going to take the train since it's quite close to the train station and also downtown.」

「This property was super fun. It’s in a great area, walkable to a lot of sites. Conveniently located a block away was a vending machine area so it was easy to get snacks or water for the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to grab records and play them in the room. The rooftop bar has amazing views. 」

「A lovely hotel that was recommended to us. The room although cosy was clean - wasn't in Vienna to spend time in the bedroom. Lovely to be able to walk everywhere. Staff were helpful. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Das ist Hotel ist neu und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Der Aufzug direkt zur Ausgangstür ist sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, jedoch gab es an gesundem Obst eine Recht begrenzte Auswahl. Saftauswahl war super, die Möglichkeit frische Waffeln zu backen auch :) Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, in guter Lage zu fairem Preis. Empfehlenswert!」

「Hotel was good and clean. Front desk guys were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was very convenience, The bus # 14A bus in front of the hotel. Having try the bus yet. The nearby tram 0 and subway U1 can bring you to city center, Walking distant to Wien Central Station but I am lazy to connect with tram. Hotel overall was very good and higher recommended. Next Vienna tour will stay with the Hotel Caroline again for sure. Thank you. 」
