「The hotel staff were fantastic and super helpful. The bed in room 8 was comfy! The best amenity was the spa facility and the breakfast was super nice too. Many thanks for the dinner recommendation too to the Sagibeiz local restaurant as the food there was very good! The train to and from Zurich was very easy too.」

「The hotel was conveniently located, although its design seemed more geared toward a younger, social media-oriented crowd. I particularly liked that it was part of a shopping complex, with a Coop supermarket conveniently located in the basement.」

「Clean had a beautiful lake view from your patio」

「Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. 「This hotel surpassed all expectations. The Mountain View room took our breath away and the entire hotel was spotless, yet cosy, and every little detail had been thought of. But none of this compares to the standard of every single staff member we met. Everybody was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Exceptional service.」

「Great price-value ratio」

「It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!」

「Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!」
