The staff were so helpful and allowed us to store our luggages early. Thanks Olga Aside from that when Ana knew that we are seniors, she upgraded us and let us stay in the first floor as there was no elevator. We are so grateful Ana. The breakfast was good, and with that made us ready for the day. I strongly recommend this hotel !!!

This hotel was everything and even more that we could have asked for. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the newer building of the hotel which, which was a lovely surprise when we got there. The check in process was so smooth, and every one was so polite and helpful. The staff provided recommendations in the city of things to do, and places to go in the surrounding area. Our room was great: clean, comfortable, great shower, and a nice view to go a long with it. The breakfast spread was so good, so much selection - which definitely kept us fuelled for most of the day as we explored the town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Nice, cozy restaurant or sidewalk cafe with excellent food for lunch or dinner. Staff are very helpful with providing tourist maps and their own helpfulness in locating things of interest to tourists. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. A great location close to shops, restaurants, a bank, train station, etc.

The location was perfect on the edge of old town. I'd been through Chur many times but never stayed long enough to wander around; it was charming. The hotel was just one stop from the main station on an [seemingly] hourly train and a 10 min flat to downward slop return.
