"I had a great stay. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly including quickly providing an electrical extn cable I needed for my room. Housekeeping staff did a super job cleaning and replenishing my room supplies each day too - much appreciated."

"We loved our stay at the Bayete Lodge. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was great. It was spotlessly clean throughout. The food and service were faultless and Ashley went above and beyond to make the trip a huge success."

"I was upgraded to a deluxe double room, which was a lovely surprise and made my stay more comfortable. The afternoon/evening receptionist was especially helpful, assisting with my luggage and even helping to contact tour operators, which I really appreciated. However, my experience with the morning receptionist wasn’t as positive. The hotel is also a bit far from the centre of Victoria Falls, so there isn’t much to do within walking distance. One downside was the noise in the evenings, guests in the common area could be quite loud, which affected the overall atmosphere. Breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly memorable."
