"The property was great but Hotels.com did not honor the rate posted on the app and I ended up paying 30% higher than if I would have booked at the hotel. I tried to get reimbursement from a Hotels.com agent but they said they could do nothing about it. Even what I prepaid to breakfast wa much higher tjan the hotel directly. The property and employees at the hotel were very good. Good Athena hotel was great but my experience with Hotels.com made it not worth it"

"Staff is great, hotel is new, well maintained and clean. However, there was a constant "humming" sound I could hear in the hallway, some time during my stay. Not sure if it was the elevator or a generator somewhere in the building. It was not enough to bother me, as I sleep very deeply. Restaurant was good and overall experience was pleasant. Will definitely stay there again."

"NH Ravenna is a short walk from both the station and the town centre, so it’s position is perfect. The hotel is large and modern with every facility you would expect. Check-in was speedy and efficient, our room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the modern, well equipped bathroom was a delight! Breakfast featured everything you would want and the staff were charming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast wasn't that bad but it wasn't something to say wow, every day the same thing and the hams weren't fresh, we decided to have dinner there one night and for us the dinner wasn't from 1 to 10 it was 4, for the type of The hotel should improve the food, the rest of the hotel as a property was excellent."

"The good, bad and the beautiful: Good - very close to the market and excellent dining. The neighborhood is lovely and the ancient church grounds nearby are stunning. Bad - walls very thin. Neighbors came in around 3:30am and it sounded like they were in the room. Neighbors across the hall left at 7am and same experience. Beautiful - the staff, specifically Miguel, were attentive, helpful and generally outstanding! They allowed us to store our bags, helped us make ground transportation and gave us ideas and tourist info. Wonderful stay! "
