Excellent, nice, elegant, and modern hotel to stay.
The front desk staff, room staff, and restaurant waiters were very nice and polite. And the breakfast buffet was very good and abundant. I will stay here again next time I go visit Bologna 😊

The hotel was clean and nice, perfectly fine for a short trip. Located outside Bologna, in a quiet area, but within easy reach of the city by car.
attending concert at Imola, but it was good to relax at the pool before the concert, during these hot summer days, just outside Bologna.

The breakfast buffet, the pool (when open) and service was very nice.
Downside was the condition of the rooms, due for some renovation as they were somewhat outdated and the lack of hot water for a day.
It's very nice to have access to a pool during the summer time. The room was tidy and spacious and the staff very friendly. Breakfast had everything to offer that could be expected. Shopping mall in the vicinity and easy to get downtown.
Really liked the hotel - clean, great breakfast buffet (with gluten free options!) Beautiful, giant pool. My only complaint is that guests need to pay for the use of chairs/loungers, umbrellas and towels. (And it was more than we paid at a beach club on the Amalfi Coast!)
Probably the best swimming pool and breakfast in Bologna. Whilst out of town the 89 bus from outside the hotel gets you to the city centre in 30 minutes. The only area of improvement is training for the bar staff, as sadly it took 25 minutes to get served a single glass of wine at the bar
Great location an amazing olympic size swimming pool and free parking. Breakfast was included and had great selections. Nice size shopping mall and mercado 5 minute walk from the hotel. Unfortunately taxi rides are very expensive to go to Old Town which is about 5 km away. There is a bus that takes you there but not on weekends or holidays.

Hotel was nice. Could do with a refurbishment. Not close to the centre but there is a shopping centre behind which is convenient!
Only 1 restaurant to eat at otherwise the shopping centre or taxi to the centre.
The staff from front desk to the restaurant and bar was excellent! Very helpful and friendly. Special thank you to Davide and the front desk staff for going above and beyond to help!
I strongly recommend this hotel.
This seemed like a business hotel but is a great hotel, situated on the outskirts of bologna. If you have a car it is excellent location for driving to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, Verona and Venice as this is close to the motorway. Good breakfast and plenty of free parking on site. The room was excellent as we had a new room with 2 double beds. It has a nice indoor mall with a supermarket just behind the hotel within 5 minutes walk. Also has Macdonalds and Burger King in the mall along with other eateries. Only downside was the weather and time of year meant we couldn't apprecaite the pool area

The pool area was really nice and the people (both reception and bar) were friendly and service minded.
Cleaning was not every day - even if you put up a notice that the room needed cleaning.
Elevators were not working all the time, the fridge in our room was out of order and the windows were not quite tight. Also, there was a lot of noise from other guests.
Breakfast was okay, and lunch/dinner was nice, if a bit expensive.
The hotel is out of town, so you do need to have a car.
It’s an older hotel that they are remodeling.. but it’s a poor remodel. Our biggest complaint was the that we reserved 3 rooms, only 2 rooms had working air conditioning. We spoke to the hotel multiple times to try to get it fixed, no success.. just promises of it getting fixed and no results, no follow up. When we checked out I mentioned that the rooms AC was still not resolved and they tried to say that the city has not permitted them to turn on the AC. Breakfast is good so that’s a nice perk. Didn’t stay for dinner as the ambiance is terrible bit finding a restaurant nearby is tough as it’s at least 25 min to the downtown by uber and a costly uber ride of $70-$100 Euro. Beds are very firm, but rooms are quite nicely redone with new showers and new furnishings including a laminate floor. I would not return.

Hotel is far from the city center, but is ok if you have a car. Overall the hotel needs renovation. Breakfast was fine.
The hotel was undergoing work so the whole outside area was out of use which we wasn’t informed about also the air conditioning was switch off due to being out or season so sleeping conditions were hot and the breakfast was so busy with lots of food running out
