「very basic accommodations, clean and close to bus stop. bar on site and restaurants within walking distance. beautiful area, nice staff.NO ELEVATOR」

「Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana.」

「Everything was perfect. The staff were really helpful, giving us tips on places to go. Iasmim and Mauro were great, also the Portuguese lady that I can’t recall her name. The hotel was clean and quiet, a good location if you have a car. 」

「A new Hotel Much better than the 2 star rating. Clean, comfortable with great staff and superb breakfast to suit all tastes. Stayed for a short ski break 2026. A 5 min casual walk to the lifts, plenty of local shops and access to free ski locker. A nice change from some of Pas `s tired accommodation. 」

「C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit! 」

「Room did not have a cattle nor a coffee maker. Staff was not necessary friendly. The gym only has benches with no weight, the 2 esteppets are not commercisl and don't work. There's no gym.」

「Pontos positivos: estacionamento grátis no local, equipe atenciosa, local limpo, tranquilo e silencioso a noite e com bela vista das montanhas na varanda. No geral foi ótimo custo benefício. Pontos negativos: Fica um pouco afastado de Andorra La Vella e da maioria das estações de esqui. E eles cobram até pelos pacotes de sal e açucar.」

「We booked this hotel for a cosy week away in the snow and cold, hoped for a spa, good food and a comfy room to watch movies, but what we were met with was the farthest thing from all of this despite advertising. The spa is an added cost PER USE despite the expensive room, the breakfast was, quite frankly, disgusting and cold, (the hot stuff like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), and the Wi-Fi was SO SLOW we couldn’t watch a thing on netflix. For five days. We ended up leaving early, because...
