Really enjoyed this spa resort. Its perfect if you are trying to ski, or just be near the mountain…easy walk to the ski lift. Spa was great, there is also a really nice game room/bar in the basement. They also offer really good food options.
we had a great stay with 2 teenage children, lots of activities to do in the hotel, with table-tennis, pool-table and bowling. so when we were back from our hiking there was enough to do to keep everyone happy before dinner. food was good with lots of choice and different menu each evening for our weeks stay. beds and room were very comfortable.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Great place to visit.. Would have liked use of a swimming pool .. very hilly but hard to fault. The dinner first night was a huge buffet and second night a half size buffet but same price not that it was a major problem still good value
Lovely hotel within walking distance of the Pal-Arinsal gondola which was perfect for our ski trip! Staff were friendly and helped us organise rental equipment and ski storage for the duration of our stay.
A few things to note as the information on Expedia is a little outdated:
- Parking is €15-20 per night (inside or outside car parks available), however, there is a free car park directly opposite the hotel which we didn’t realise until afterwards
- Spa is €15 per person per HOUR (not day), still worth a visit after a day on the slopes!
We booked recently to go skiing and couldn’t have picked a better hotel!
We reserved indoor parking, which cost 20€ per day, but was worth it.
On arrival the staff were helpful and friendly, in fact everyone was lovely throughout our stay.
The rooms were a reasonable size, with a shower and bath, which was welcome after a day on the slopes.
The best things about the hotel are its position, which is a short walk to the gondola and the spa facilities.
For 15€ each we could use the spa for an hour, which was fantastic! If you want a particular time, I’d even pre book this before you arrive as the more popular times, say 5 or 6pm, were fully booked.
We ate in the buffet restaurant in the evening and were happy with the choice and quality of the food.
We will return to Arinsal soon and this will definitley be our first choice for accommodation.

Nice location near the amenities of the town. The hotel itself was not special. I had read great reviews earlier, but I was disappointed. The rooms were very noisy - you could hear children cry in the room next to you and you could even hear the alarm of the neighbours in the morning. Furthermore, the beds were really wobbly/unstable and the shower-cabin was very small. The breakfast and dinner were good and the spa was also nice to have after a day of skiing. Altogether I would not come back to this hotel because as I value a good night of rest.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff felt safe. Great location short walk to the gondola. Free parking by the gondola if you bring your car no need to pay hotels parking price €15 a day outside of €20 inside.
Food selections great. Fresh crepes every morning.
Restaurant staff were lovely.
Spa was nice you get an hour for €14, €10 euro for children.
Would return, only slight negative was dinner doesn’t start until 7.30pm and you come off slopes at 5pm starving. So maybe we’ll go b&b next time. Great for families.
Great hotel for families - close to the ski lifts, excellent family rooms and very good facilities (bowling alley, arcade, spa etc). Breakfast was ok - good selection but prefer proper yoghurt rather than little pots of set yoghurt, and lacked nuts, seeds, berries, porridge etc for healthier options. Juice/coffee not great either but did the job. Only gripe is the amount of things you have to pay extra for which I would expect to be included, e.g. parking @ €20 per night (but was free down the road), spa access at €52 for our family of 4 for one hour, bowling also extra. Will definitely stay again if we take the children but would prefer somewhere smaller and cosier for a stay with just my husband and me as it’s a bit hectic (it was half term though)
