"This hotel is wonderful very clean and awesome staff!"

"Do not reserve a room if you are needing a shuttle to the airport. I reserved a room at this hotel specifically because of the shuttle. I had an international flight leaving the following morning, and had trouble getting the shuttle coordinated with the desk associate. My flight was leaving at 6:30 and the associate told me we will leave at 6:00. The hotel was 15 minutes away so that would not allow me enough time to get through TSA and find my gate. After some back and forth we agreed to 5:00. I went back down to ask a question about the shuttle and was met by a different associate. At first I was told that they are not offering a shuttle, and he also mentioned that I should’ve told them at check in that I needed a shuttle. I proceeded to let him know that I did tell his coworker. I mentioned that I had an agreed upon time with a different associate he retracted his statement. Instead of asking more questions, he told me that they only shuttle at 6:00 and 9:00. After that I told him to forget about the shuttle and I’d find a ride elsewhere. Both desk associates were rude through out the entire time I spoke with them. Not worth your time."

"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and very responsive. I didn’t have to wait long if I requested anything from the front desk or room service."

"Terrible. Cheaper is not always better. We were charged an extra $35 stay when we arrived and already booked/paid through Expedia. NEVER have we had to pay anything extra. The room only could open if we asked front desk. There is a sign saying no return policy. They knowingly seem to know how to work the system to fraudulently scam people. We get to our room and the tv is broken, won’t stay on. We report it. Was told it wasn’t like that. I requested the $35 back. If they want extra the room needs to be worth it! That did not happen. Later in evening as we are laying in bed the water pipe bust in bathroom flooding floor. The manager was kind and helped. There is no breakfast as posted. We asked for towels and they never brought anything. Said they had no staff for that at that time. I reported it to cooperate. As we could not leave I would not get refunded the two days I already paid for this disappointment. The other good thing was one staff member who did a good job and felt remorseful of the ownerships lack of responsibility! Waste of money..I’m being boujie from now on with hotels!"

"Beds were as hard as concrete. Horrible night stay. Without sleep no hotel is worth the money. "

"This is a good basic hotel. A breakfast is supplied each morning 6-9am and although some things are older and used it’s a good hotel. "

"Upon arival outside was dirty once checked in elevator was broke went to room beds were hard and uncomfortable... 3 different times key card didnt work 2 times elevator didnt work... toilet did not work properly sorry to say I wont be back."

"Very nice receptionist. Friendly and gave me a room that was convenient for having dogs on my stay. Will definitely stay here again"
