「The shuttle wasn't available to me when I departed, talked to several people about early check in and out and I was still charged for an additional day and couldn't even get a ride to the airport. 」

「Did not use business facilities. The room was not really clean, the bathroom floor had the previous guest hair and a contact lens in the floor. No trash bags in any of the trash containers. The bar was a joke way over priced and I'm pretty sure a lot of the patrons were not old enough to even be drinking」

「This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. I arrived early at 9:45 AM prior to my arrival I did not ask for an early check-in so I was expecting to leave my luggage at the front desk until my 3 PM check-in.
