Our family stay at Residence Inn by Marriot Kensington, London May 8-12, 2026 was a wonderful experience. The staff and service are Outstanding! attentive, professional, polite, helpful and truly service-oriented. Rooms & facilities are very good. The Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walking distance - it's super convenient & perfect for groceries, desserts etc. Earls court underground station is a 10 minute walk. One of the best 'value for money' properties we've enjoyed in a long time. A very special appreciation for Manager, Laust Anderson and hotel staff Joseph for making our stay truly memorable as well as to front desk staff Saif, Matin and Bianca. Looking forward to staying at this property again when visiting London.

Loved the vibe of the hotel, staff was very nice and helpful.Great hotel, great location Room set ups were neat and made the space feel bigger! Breakfast was wonderful! Wide variety of options and very nice dining space. Gym was set up a little oddly and Peloton was not activated but overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again

Very central, and loved cleanliness. All the staff were great, and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and very organized. Staff were very quick to clear and clean tables. Floors maintained exceptionally. Would stay again.

They are renting closets here. Smallest room I’ve ever seen. There is no hotel staff, the bartender doubles as the front desk clerk. Would not stay here again.
