「Room clean and spacious staff very friendly」

「The room was clean but a bit dated and the shower cubicle was much to small, the staff were brilliant and the food was the best we have had in a hotel and the portions were very big. Aylsham itself is a lovely village.」

「I booked a room but all night there were banging doors outside my room as the main corridor door was right next to my room. I was also near the hotel entrance where there was a lot of banging. So not a great night sleep!」

「Scarborough Hill Country Inn is a a gem! We were pleased to be offered a room upgrade when we arrived as we had initially booked a small double room and a larger room was available. We were very happy with the room offered - bright, airy, thoughtfully furnished and extremely clean. An extensive range of teas, coffee and hot chocolate were provided in the room along with complementary water. The restaurant was busy, however staff were attentive, nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars for the food...

「Only half the hotel being used. Wonder why? It has lovely silent air conditioning a must when it's in the 30s. Very comfortable beds」

「Beautiful hotel, rooms and breakfast freshly cooked. However, when arrived they hadn't got the booking through, which also caused an issue at breakfast time. We arrived at breakfast at peak time but they could do with more staff as it was chaotic. Had to wait 20 mins for them to take the order and no vegetarian sausages. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable.
