「Il soggiorno è stato eccellente a differenza di quanto mi aspettassi, dopo aver visto le altre recensioni. Devo dire che questo hotel è molto sottovalutato. La camera era pulitissima e più grande delle misure standard, mentre il personale è stato davvero professionale. Il check-in virtuale è di un'innovazione incredibile (mai visto un servizio simile in giro nel mondo). Tutto ha funzionato bene. Wi-Fi di alta velocità e bagno pulito. 5/5. 」

「Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.」

「Extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and close to the center. The only (small) problem was that the pillows were a bit lumpy, but the rest was great. We even used the kitchen which was well-equipped 」
