We arrived late and the on-call staff kindly texted us the codes for retrieving our keys. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and charming. This hotel is a very good value.

Hotel is not near (2km) to city centre as it shown in pages, from city centre 13km. Fribourg centre means in this contest a shopping centre!? Check in is not 3pm, it is 4pm. Breakfast cost 15€, not 12€. Room was ok and breakfast was good.

Hotel modeste, un peu bruyant car sur voie routière fréquentée. Certaines chambres encore vétustes, notamment la salle de bain. Propreté irréprochable, service de chambre impeccable, bon accueil. Disponibilité moyenne, peut-être un manque de personnel. Attention aux huiles essentielles dans les couloirs (odeurs incommodantes)

Good service and exceptional Italian restaurant attached to the building complex. Not easy to see hotel entrance - door is down a corridor ( covered walkway dividing the restaurant from hotel accommodation). While rooms are a bit spartan the food and choice of wines is really worth the stay. And good value.
