"Location was the ok, but the rooms were very dated and not well maintained. No TV apps, so not good for visitors who don’t speak the local language "

"The best things about this Riad is the location and the staff. It is easily accessible from the street within about 2 bocks, and also few steps to the Place Jema El fna, which makes it very easy to go out for a while, go shopping, go eat, return to rest a bit or leave my things, then go out again. Also the staff was very helpful and attentive all the time. The front door is kept locked at all times, I suggest them to provide keys to the guests to get in, instead of having to ring the bell every time. The room was a bit small. The breakfast was good and big."

"Spa was lovely, breakfast OK and dinner disappointing. Staff were rude when I raised an issue about the room I'd been given not being as expected (and smelling badly of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room) - one receptionist hung up on me when I called from the room. I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back."

"Very clean environments from the room to every areas of the environments. Staff were friendly, good sense of humor, communication and approachable.Also, staff always ready to help when needs arises. Execellent intercontinental dishes.Infacts, we alI enjoyed the food as it was delicious and in abundants excepts if you dont want to eat.Honestly, its a place I wish to visit again and again if I have the money. Also, to suprise you,Aqua mirage is the best and I had already informed my friends and family to book their holiday and hotel to Aqua mirage palace in Marrackech .Morroco "
