"Friendly and kind staff made up for property shortfalls. Furniture rough, really old AC unit itself smelled bad, kicked out bad smelling air, made the room smell. Tried to open windows but the screens were bent. Bed and bath very clean, can tell people take pride in cleaning, much appreciated!"
