"Reception gave a key to my room to a group of complete strangers, meaning I had to chase people out of the room and away from my sleeping children at 1am. Hotel have made the refund process exceptionally difficult, had to complain to Accor head office."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel for a Disney trip. The first time is when I was living in London. Now I am back in Canada and I still took the family to stay here because of our first wonderful experience. Great place to stay with the family with a shopping centre right across the street, free shuttle to Disney, and the train station across the road with direct links into Paris. I will definitely go back to this hotel on our next visit."

"Great location in terms of transport to and from the park and secluded from busy areas. Staff are great. The shuttle bus service is very good and buffet breakfast much needed for the busy days ahead. Rooms are nice and tidy with the bathrooms starting to show their age but completely usable and clean. If you want to visit Disney this hotel is close by but if you want to watch the lights display in the evening I would suggest not staying here as there is only one shuttle that comes and is for all four hotels close by and very hard to get on in the evening.
