"When we arrived hotel ，the front desk said we are unable to check in because the room was not ready yet and he did not know when it will be ready. I waited in the lobby and checked front desk every 30 mins, but only got the answer of "I don't know". The 3rd time, it was about 5 pm. The answer was still " I don't know".
