「Staff was friendly upon check in, we stayed one night just 2 people my daughter & I got Billie Eilish concert. We liked the clean room a lot, comfy beds, definitely a nicer hotel. The city was crazy & we felt safe. We didn’t like that they woke us up knocking so early at 8 am for housekeeping the again a bit before 11am checkout. We were only staying 1 night don’t need housekeeping nor to be woken up that early so that was not necessary & a bit annoying so next time we will tell them in advance...

「This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.」
