There’s genuine potential here — the kind of charm and setting that could make it special — but it’s completely undermined by a burnt-out, disengaged owner whose negativity sets the tone the moment you walk in. 「The location is great , close to most of the sightseeing spots, but in a quiet location! Also, this hotel itself is full of beautiful history for you to explore! All the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially, the girl in the front desk, Marianne , who help me to book all the great restaurants during my stay! 」

「More plug sockets near the bedside tables would be useful for charging mobile devices. A good breakfast service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d be very happy to recommend the hotel to friends」

「Overall my stay was great experience however dinner was a bummer since kitchen closes early 9:00 pm so I had to get the bar menu. Service wasn’t that great they were just distracted.」

「Lovely stay in Antwerp with a fantastic view of the MAS museum and Marina. The room was quirky but comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was enormous though there was no door for privacy from the bedroom. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with information about the trams etc. It’s a few stops on the tram to central Antwerp for shopping and the main station. Around the hotel there are various bars and restaurants and the area felt extremely safe late at night.」
