"Very new and modern hotel, we paid for a superior room which was a good size but disappointed that there wasn’t a fridge, water or tea and coffee facilities in the room. Great breakfast though and lots of choices "

"Facilities in room were fine with decent bathroom and curtains on dorm beds. Given linen at check in so need to make your own bed. Some people in the dorm didn't bother putting pillow case and duvet cover on so unsure how clean beds can be. Shared a dorm with 3 men which didn't feel very nice as a solo female. Terrible snorers and awful coughing meant I didn't sleep well. Very noisy location through the night with ambulances and shouting. Not really any common areas to sit during the day."

"The room was fine but it was disappointing to find absolutely no hot drinks anywhere, despite the receptionist promising availability at the bar. The bar was overflowing with alcohol but the staff had no idea how to operate the only working coffee machine.They couldn’t find hot water to make tea, either"

"The apartment was really nice, with a great view at the grote markt. It was clean. We were with a group of 8, which fits well, only keep in min that there is only 1 bathroom for all"
